OHANA MASTERS – A LANE FOR EVERYONE
Our workouts are designed to give you the maximum conditioning and training for your level of swimming ability. Some swim strictly for fitness, some to improve their strokes, some for triathlons, and still others train for pool and open water competitions.
Beginning and recreational swimmers are grouped together to learn stroke technique and increase swimming endurance. Swimmers focusing on competition or intense training swim together with workouts geared for their individual goals. Ohana Masters swimming welcomes swimmers of all levels and abilities ages 18 years and older. From the former college All-American, to the tri-athlete, to the beginning swimmer – Ohana has a lane for you!
